As a preventive measure against the ongoing risk of COVID-19 and as per the Government advisory we have taken the decision to temporarily close all of our stores from Tuesday 24th March.
For any inconvenience, please accept our sincere apologies. We can assure that we are fully committed to re-opening our stores at the safest and earliest opportunity.
We humbly request our customers to stay safe and healthy and we would encourage everyone to follow the Government guidance. We look forward to welcome you back in our stores once it is safe to do so.
How long will you be closed?
We cannot say anything at the moment; however, it is our absolute aim to re-open as soon as the safety has been confirmed by the Government and Health Authorities.
What if I have not been able to collect my device?
We can ensure that your device will be kept safely for collection when we re-open.
Will you continue to offer a mail-in repair service?
We do offer mail-in repair service. Subject to appropriate Government guidance, we are also exploring options for the collect and deliver service.
If I send my device do I need to include any other detail??
Please include your name, contact number and return postage address in a slip along with your device.
Which address I suppose to post my device?
Since our stores are closed our technicians are working from home and you can post your device to the following address.

If I opt for a mail-in repair service how can I make the payment?

Do I need to pay for the return postage and how much will it cost?
The return postage which will cost you only £9.99 for the mobile device.
How can I get my Invoice?
We will send the invoice to your email.
